We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mac Duggal purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for unworn items with all original tags attached. Please note that a $12.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all mail-in returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
